Ride NM: Much of New Mexico is designated as public land and administered for multiple uses. With hundreds of miles of backcountry trails, off-highway vehicle use is permitted when done in a responsible and safe manner. Recreational pursuits have never been safer thanks to New Mexico’s Off-Highway Motor Vehicle Act.

Know before you go. Obey all signs. It is your responsibility to obtain permission to travel across private lands. Contact local authorities or land-management agencies to get information about rules and conditions before using your OHV.
