"This agreement with Contour to provide direct flights from Taos to Denver International Airport signifies the culmination of years of air service development designed to meet the needs of locals and visitors," said Town of Taos Mayor Pascualito Maestas. The ribbon cutting event will include remarks from Town of Taos officials and representatives from Contour Airlines, commemorating the new connection to one of the nation’s busiest travel hubs.
“We’re thrilled to introduce non-stop service to Taos, New Mexico, from Denver International Airport,” said Ben Munson, President of Contour Airlines. “This new route not only highlights our commitment to connecting communities but also, through our interline partnerships with American, Alaska, and United Airlines, makes accessing the beauty and culture of Taos more seamless than ever.”
The new Taos-DIA-Taos flights will operate three times weekly – on Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays – offering convenient access to the iconic landscapes and vibrant culture of Taos while also providing Northern New Mexico residents with seamless connectivity through Denver.
